Lost Property

We understand that items can sometimes be left behind after a journey. While Airlink Travel Limited cannot accept liability for any belongings left on our vehicles, we will always do our best to help you recover them.

If you believe you have misplaced something, please call 01964 544131 during our normal office hours. To help us locate your item as quickly as possible, please provide:

  • A clear description of the item

  • The date and time you travelled

  • The vehicle or journey you were on

  • Your name and contact details

If you are unable to collect the item in person, we can arrange postage for you. Please note that postage costs must be covered by the passenger.

Any lost property not claimed within 4 weeks will be respectfully disposed of.
